Another happy camper! Literally! 5 bikes in small toy hauler.

Your awesome product has allows me to securely haul 5 full sized bikes in a small toy hauler/camper.

I applied a rail mounting arrangement I didn’t see on any of your Customer Pictures.

I took advantage of the fact that if the handlebars are not interfering with one another, dirt bikes can be loaded with the pegs overlapping/in line with each other.  Generally, only eight inches of offset are necessary for bikes loaded in the same direction (one bike 8 inches in front or behind the bike next to it).  Alternatively, the bikes can be loaded facing opposite directions.

Also, most dirt bikes pegs are roughly 16 – 18 inches across to their centers.  This is the case with all the Yamahas, KTMs, and Betas we have.

In the attached photos, the 24″ L-Tracks are mounted across the floor of the Toy hauler on 18″ centers.  This allows the two center bikes to share tracks with the bikes on the ends and allows a slew of different configurations, including all bikes loaded in either direction or alternating opposite directions, depending on what else is loaded on the floor of the camper.

The fifth bike is up front between the bathroom and the kitchen.

This camper is an 18 ft KZ 180TH if anyone is interested.  Practically the smallest toy hauler on the market.  GWVR of only 5,000 lbs.  Five bikes leaves us 350 lbs of gear storage.

The lighting in the pictures is bad.  If you’d like, I can take and send more with better lighting or some of the tracks on the floor across the back of the deck.

We couldn’t have done this with ANY other tie down method.

Also, thank you for the discount code!  I appreciate it!

Kind Regards,
W. Dan Katzinski
