Well, there are many methods. The old way of doing this is with straps.  If you’ve used them, there is not need to discuss why this is not the ideal way to transport a motorcycle. Benefits of Strapless Systems: •No Suspension Compression: Prevents damage to the motorcycle’s suspension system during transport. •Easy Setup: Faster to load and unload compared to straps. •Secure and Stable: Provides a rigid hold with minimal movement. •No Paint Damage: Avoids scratches or wear caused by straps rubbing against the bike. Wheel Chocks: While not always patented, there are various designs for wheel chocks that offer improved stability and security during transport.  Moto Cinch also offers an innovative removable Etrack wheel chock.

Compressing the forks of a motorcycle during transport can lead to several issues: Straps Loosening: If the trailer encounters bumps, the suspension will compress and rebound. This movement can loosen the tie-down straps, potentially allowing the motorcycle to shift or even fall off the trailer. Fork Seal Damage: Constant compression can put undue stress on the fork seals, potentially causing leaks or premature wear. Suspension Binding: Leaving the forks compressed for extended periods can cause the suspension components to bind together, affecting their proper function. Steering Issues: If the forks are significantly compressed, it can affect the motorcycle’s steering geometry,...
